PRDM13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C2, TFDP3, and UBE2QL1. Each is linked with PRDM13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM13-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C2 grouped by PRDM13-low versus PRDM13-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
