PRDM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY1HP, TRBV7-9, and IGLV2-8. Each is linked with PRDM12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM12-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY1HP grouped by PRDM12-low versus PRDM12-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
