PRDM12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF23, URAD, and PRAMEF6. Each is linked with PRDM12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM12-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF23 grouped by PRDM12-low versus PRDM12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
