Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,833 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY26P, BCAS4, and SYT14. Each is linked with PRDM11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM11-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM11 versus TSPY26P in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
