Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP35, MIR6781, and RNA5SP143. Each is linked with PRDM11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM11-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM11 results are reported.
