PRDM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Notch1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PRDM11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM11-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by PRDM11-low versus PRDM11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
