Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,166 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with PRDM11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM11-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM11 results are reported.
