PRDM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, HHLA1, and SELENOV. Each is linked with PRDM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM11-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by PRDM11-low versus PRDM11-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
