Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB30, KLF12, and NXPE3. Each is linked with PRCP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCP-to-partner and partner-to-PRCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRCP versus RAB30 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
