PRCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,360 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYGB, EIF4G1, and NRDC. Each is linked with PRCD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
