Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10-NUDT3, RNA5SP414, and IGHV4-4. Each is linked with PRCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCD-to-partner and partner-to-PRCD results are reported.
