Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL5P1, PPP1R26P3, and TUBAP1. Each is linked with PRCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCC-to-partner and partner-to-PRCC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YPEL5P1 grouped by PRCC-low versus PRCC-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
