Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA1958, ZNHIT3, and MIR4734. Each is linked with PRC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
