Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRB4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRB4 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PRB4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRB4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
STAD, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where PRB4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
