Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRB2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PRB2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, THCA, and BRCA are the cancer types where PRB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
