The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PRAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and ACC are the cancer types where PRAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
