Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 267 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP319, MCTP1-AS1, and MIR4774. Each is linked with PRAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP319 grouped by PRAP1-low versus PRAP1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
