Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells, Osteoblast, and Preadipocytes. Each is linked with PRAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by PRAP1-low versus PRAP1-high in CESC.
