PRANCR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRANCR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,708 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRANCR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCA2, IRF2BP2_S175, and BRD3. Each is linked with PRANCR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRANCR-to-partner and partner-to-PRANCR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRANCR versus SMARCA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRANCR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRANCR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
