Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,458 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy. Each is linked with PRAMEF6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF6-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF6 results are reported.
