PRAMEF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF6 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSC, Erythrocytes, and Th1 cells. Each is linked with PRAMEF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF6-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSC grouped by PRAMEF6-low versus PRAMEF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
