Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF31P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,530 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF31P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Carbohydrate biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of protein binding. Each is linked with PRAMEF31P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF31P-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF31P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by PRAMEF31P-low versus PRAMEF31P-high in STAD.
