Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRAMEF31P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRAMEF31P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PRAMEF31P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAMEF31P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

UCS, COAD, and DLBC are the cancer types where PRAMEF31P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
