PRAMEF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,808 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB24, RBM34, and KLHL23. Each is linked with PRAMEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF2 versus RAB24 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
