PRAMEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,547 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBKS, PRIM1, and RNU1-80P. Each is linked with PRAMEF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBKS grouped by PRAMEF2-low versus PRAMEF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
