PRAMEF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, HER2, and Stathmin. Each is linked with PRAMEF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF11-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PRAMEF11-low versus PRAMEF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
