Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPP21, CACNA2D1, and REV3L. Each is linked with PRAMEF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF11-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARPP21 grouped by PRAMEF11-low versus PRAMEF11-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
