Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, MEFV, and CSF3R. Each is linked with PRAM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAM1 results are reported.
