Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, MCM5, and PRMT5. Each is linked with PRAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAM1 results are reported.
