Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C8A, KRTAP4-11, and TMEM210. Each is linked with PRAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C8A grouped by PRAM1-low versus PRAM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
