PRAL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,218 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISG15, MX2, and NMI. Each is linked with PRAL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAL-to-partner and partner-to-PRAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAL versus ISG15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
