PRAF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,085 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL11A1, LINC01561, and PLPP4. Each is linked with PRAF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-PRAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRAF2 versus COL11A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
