PRADC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRADC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRADC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDS5B, SMC4, and NCAPG. Each is linked with PRADC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRADC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRADC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRADC1 versus PDS5B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRADC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRADC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
