Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPTC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPTC7 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPTC7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPTC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC and MESO are the cancer types where PPTC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
