PPTC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPTC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPTC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and Notch1. Each is linked with PPTC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPTC7-to-partner and partner-to-PPTC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPTC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPTC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
