Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPT1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PPT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and ESCA are the cancer types where PPT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
