PPT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL47, CAP1, and GIMAP4. Each is linked with PPT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPT1 versus MRPL47 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
