Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,916 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOD, TNRC6C, and BIRC7. Each is linked with PPT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PPT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPT1 versus APOD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
