PPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, ACC_pS79, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with PPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by PPT1-low versus PPT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
