Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of bicellular tight junction assembly, Negative regulation of cell development, and Attachment of GPI anchor to protein. Each is linked with PPT1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPT1-to-partner and partner-to-PPT1 results are reported.
