PPP4R4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4R4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA2, CDCA2, and FANCM. Each is linked with PPP4R4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R4-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA2 grouped by PPP4R4-low versus PPP4R4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
