Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4R3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TDP1, EIF5, and L2HGDH. Each is linked with PPP4R3A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R3A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R3A versus TDP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
