Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP4R3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,232 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4R3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin organization, Vesicle tethering, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with PPP4R3A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R3A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R3A results are reported.
