Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP4R3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4R3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, RASGEF1C, and GPHB5. Each is linked with PPP4R3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R3A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R3A results are reported.
