PPP4R2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,154 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4R2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM15B, UBA3, and IRF4. Each is linked with PPP4R2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R2-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R2 versus RBM15B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
