PPP4R2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,274 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, KIF15, and CDC25A. Each is linked with PPP4R2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R2-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R2 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
