PPP4R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP4R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES5A, C14orf180, and MPC1L. Each is linked with PPP4R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CES5A grouped by PPP4R1-low versus PPP4R1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
