Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP3R2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP3R2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NES_S578, NT5C1A, and TRAF6. Each is linked with PPP3R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3R2-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3R2 results are reported.
