Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3R2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP3R2 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PPP3R2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3R2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and SCLC show a favorable association.
ACC, LGG, and BRCA are the cancer types where PPP3R2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
