Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3CB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP3CB data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP3CB Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3CB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LGG, and LUSC are the cancer types where PPP3CB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
